Sharing the Journey Care Partner Support Group

This is a reminder that our Care Partner Support Group will meet on Wed., October 1st, at 1p.

If you are new to this Support Group, it is necessary to register for the group. This is the link to register or you can call 800-272-3900 to the Alzheimer’s Association.

We will meet in the Sanctuary. This is for active family caregivers. If you have questions, call the church office.
