Whether it's making stuffed animals for children in crisis, helping a committee with a project you can do at home, or joining a group or ministry, there are many ways to serve at Joy.

Check back often to learn about the different needs and ministries where you can share your talents.

Calling All Bakers!

Calling all aspiring, amateur and professional bakers! The Women of Joy’s Fall Bake Sale is coming up in two weeks and we need you and your delicious baked goodies to fill the belly’s of our congregation and raise money for our Joy Youth Scholarship Fund.

Don’t bake – that’s okay! Come hungry and be prepared to stock up on yummy treats!

The sign-up sheet is located on the bulletin board in the Narthex.

All baked good should be dropped off at the designated drop off times to a volunteer. Volunteers will be in the fellowship hall on Saturday, October 1 from 11am – 12pm.

Please make sure all baked goods include a label that says what the item is and if it contains nuts, nut derived ingredients (e.g., almond flour, etc.) and/or is gluten free.

Committee Volunteers Needed
OUTREACH COMMITTEE: The Outreach Committee needs a leader. This is a rewarding and important part of the ministries of JOY. Contact Pastor Rod to learn more. They would love to share the joy of outreach with you.
EDUCATION COMMITTEE: If you have a passion for supporting our children, youth, and family ministries (i.e. Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, Rainbow Trail camps, music camps, and the annual Christmas musical), please contact Pastor Ryan about being a part of JOY's education team.
LONG-RANGE PLANNING TEAM: Are you interested in the future of Joy? Are you a planner? Then we need you! JOY is looking to restart the long-range planning committee, and we need volunteers to help set the direction the church will follow for years to come. Please let Council President know if you are interested in this important role.
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS: More adult leaders are needed to guide our little ones. If you can assist occasionally on Sundays from 9:30-10:15a, please contact Stefanie Hawley. No lesson planning required.
