QuietWaters Ministry Needs Volunteers

QuietWaters Ministries exists to provide rest, renewal, and strengthening to Pastors, Missionaries, and other Christian leaders through our Counseling Intensives and Retreats, and WE NEED YOUR HELP!


We have a few immediate volunteer needs listed below, if you'd be interested in being a part of the important work God is doing through QuietWaters, email us or go to the website to learn more. 

Ushers Needed

We would love to have some additional ushers for the 5:30p Saturday service and the 8:00a and 10:30a Sunday services. A few individuals who were so involved have moved or unable to continue ushering for personal reasons or health issues. Joy is blessed with many wonderful, generous participants, so please consider joining us as an usher. It’s a great way to meet many of our Joy attendees. The assignment is typically about once every 6 weeks, and the current volunteers are great about substituting if one is scheduled and cannot serve at the appointed time. Please contact Lola McDonald, for more information. Thank you for considering this opportunity to serve the Joy Community.

Joyful Watchers

We are looking for more volunteers to serve as Joyful Watchers during services and events at JOY.
