This is a reminder that our Care Partner Support Group will meet next Wednesday, July 1st, at 1:00p. This group is for active family caregivers.

If you are new to this Group, it is necessary to register at this link. You can also call the Alzheimer's Association directly at 800-272-3900 to register. 

Note: On July 1st we will meet on the lower level in the preschool. You can park on the west side of the building and enter on the lower level.
