My family and I returned to Colorado from Arizona in 1999 and joined Joy the following year. In 2004, I joined the AV team mostly out of curiosity and a desire to learn something new while serving. My 2 daughters and I have worked in the AV booth since then and have truly enjoyed learning how to run the sound board, the slides, the cameras, and the video recording. A few years ago, my AV journey wound its way through ACC where I earned an Audio Engineering Certificate. I teach Digital Audio and Credit Recovery at Chaparral High School. Outside of my "day job," I absolutely love working with a talented and dedicated team of AV volunteers as part of a wonderful team that produces Joy's online and in person worship services.
