LENT WEDNESDAY

MIDWEEK SERVICES:

The Way to the Cross

During the Lenten midweek services this year, we will explore the reasons Jesus died. Not the theological and spiritual reasons we all know, but instead the physical worldly reasons. What did Jesus say and do that led people to object to his ministry, and eventually call for his death. Jesus was viewed as a radical by his church, his community, and ultimately, the Roman government. How in the world did the Son of God end up on the cross? You are invited to come and witness Jesus’ life and work as we remember his way to the cross.
