Congregation Survey

Beginning Sunday, October 4, and continuing throughout the month of October, the Call Committee will conduct a congregational survey to help identify the qualities and priorities needed in JLC’s next pastor.

Please prayerfully consider and share your feedback and insight for the following questions:

• What ministries and activities currently taking place at JLC should be continued?
• What age group, ministry focus, or specialty program does our congregation most need at this time?
• What gifts, skills, or personality traits would best complement our current senior pastor and staff team?
• In what areas could a new pastor best serve the needs of our church?

Survey cards will be distributed at all services this Sunday and will also be available at the church throughout the month of October with an option to complete an online form (click here) as well. Completed physical cards may be placed in the collection box located in the Narthex. In addition, the Call Committee will host congregational meetings to help discern the needs, goals, and desires of our church family. Watch for more information on upcoming dates and times to join a group discussion.
