This is a reminder that our Care Partner Support Group will meet on Wednesday, November 4th at 1pm. in the Sanctuary at Joy. If you are new to this Support Group, it is necessary to register for the group at this link or you can call the Alzheimer's Association directly at (800) 272-3900. This is for active family caregivers.
