Shine God's Light

Jesus said, “I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.”  (John 8:12, NRSV).  We are God’s light bearers to share His hope and proclaim the Gospel’s message.    Consider these inspirational words in the hymn, Will You Come and Follow Me?  (ELW Hymnal, page 798)

“Will you let my love be shown,

Will you let my name be known,

Will you let my life be grown

in you and you in me?”
